Each facility is analysed and ranked based on its Performance Factor. This metric evaluates how well a facility is operating relative to its capacity and compares its effectiveness to other similar facilities.


Performance Rating Scale

Each facility is scored based on its Performance Factor and categorised as follows:

  • 0 - 20 | Poor
    The facility has underlying issues that need to be identified and addressed.

  • 20-30 | Average
    The facility is performing below expectations. Focus will be applied to bring it up to standard.

  • 30- 50 | Good
    The facility is performing well but still has growth potential and areas for improvement.

  • 50+ | Excellent
    The facility is operating at its maximum potential.
