TANDA is our workforce platform, used for scheduling, onboarding, timesheets, and more. Once you’ve been offered a position, onboarding and contract signing will happen here.

Pay Rates

L+R Group pays in accordance with the Fitness Industry Award, with additional above-award benefits and professional development opportunities.
