Welcome to our company
on-boarding + training process. 

Here, you'll dive into the essence of our organisation, its structure, culture, mission, and core values. This comprehensive onboarding journey is designed to ensure a seamless transition into your role with us. By completing this process in its entirety, you'll not only familiarise yourself with our company's ethos but also understand the training requirements essential for your success within our team. We encourage all employees to engage fully with this onboarding experience as it forms the bedrock of your journey with us, your key steps are:

OUR PROCESS

STEP ONE:  TANDA Onboarding

Complete all required TANDA onboarding tasks, including submitting personal details, qualifications and training.

STEP TWO: Onboarding + Induction Shift

Attend a rostered shift dedicated to TANDA training, onboarding, and site familiarisation. This shift will introduce you to the facility, workplace expectations and key procedures.

STEP THREE: TEAM inductions

Participate in a rostered shift for shadowing and TEAM specific training. This hands-on experience will help you apply what you've learned from our handbooks, induction, and online training.

STEP FOUR:  TEAM Allocation

Once training is complete, you will be allocated to your TEAM and designated LOCATIONS to commence work.

Our workplace is structured into TEAMS, with each TEAM requiring specific mandatory training and qualifications. This process ensures every employee is properly trained and qualified for their role.
