Under the L+R Group's WaterSchool Squad Program, we have different squads designed to cater to the varying needs and abilities of our athletes and align with Swimming Australia Swimming Framework. Here's an overview of each squad:

• Foundation Squad
  The Foundation Squad is specifically designed for athletes at the foundation level. It focuses on building fundamental swimming skills, enhancing technique, and developing a strong base for future growth. This is a 45 minute swimming session and is limited to 16 swimmers per session.

• Talent Squad
  Athletes who have shown exceptional potential and dedication progress to the Talent squad. This squad provides advanced training opportunities, challenging workouts and specialized coaching to help athletes refine their skills and reach their full potential. Sessions range from 90 minutes to 2 hours and is limited to 20 swimmers per session.

We run a series of fun and focused 2-hour clinics designed to build skills, confidence, and performance in the water. Clinics include Freestyle, Form Strokes, and Race Preparation.

• Race Preparation Clinics:

  Elevate your competitive edge with our Race Preparation Clinics. These sessions are your opportunity to master starts, turns, and finishes for all four strokes, refine your medley turns, and gain essential insights into race rules. Led by experienced coaches, these clinics are designed to optimise your performance in the pool.

• Freestyle + Form Stroke Clinics:
  Dive into the technical details of backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly with our specialised form stroke clinics. These sessions focus on fine-tuning body position, kick and pull timing, stroke efficiency, starts, turns, and finishes. Land-based drills and progressive exercises are combined with engaging activities to keep learning fun and effective.

Additionally, we are proud to host swim clinics featuring past Olympians and current NSW Coaches, offering invaluable insights and inspiration to swimmers of all levels.

During holiday periods, we provide a variety of unique aquatic programs aimed at keeping children active, engaged, and entertained.

These programs offer opportunities for learning, skill development, and fun in a safe and supervised environment. Some of the programs we offer include:

• Bush Nippers

• Junior Lifeguard Program

• Paint 'n' Swim

• Youth Water Exercise

For school groups, we provide a range of options tailored to their needs. Schools can opt for weekly school sport sessions, where students can engage in various aquatic activities as part of their physical education curriculum. Additionally, we offer weekly learn-to-swim programs designed to teach essential water safety skills and swimming techniques. For those looking to accelerate learning, we also provide intensive swimming blocks, allowing students to make significant progress in a shorter timeframe. Our programs are led by experienced instructors in a supportive and educational environment, ensuring a valuable and enjoyable experience for all participants.

Saturdays are perfect for family and friends to come together and enjoy a fun-filled day at our pool. Our Saturday Sessions offer a fantastic opportunity to splash around and make lasting memories. Dive into excitement with our Aqua Inflatable and showcase your diving skills on our diving board. A fun day out for everyone.
